PC Hospitality and Organiks Plus Strengthen Commitment to Sustainable Hospitality, Local Manufacturing and Women's Empowerment

Portfolio-wide adoption of  "forever dispensers" across the whole portfolio of PC Hospitality brands reinforcingenvironmental responsibility and support for local enterprise.

Islamabad, Pakistan | October 2026: PC Hospitality, the hospitality division of Hashoo Group, has joined hands with Organiks Plus, a women-led social enterprise established by the Hashoo Foundation, to advance sustainable hospitality practices through the adoption of locally manufactured toiletries and innovative "forever vanity set" across its entire portfolio.

The collaboration reflects PC Hospitality's commitment to reducing its environmental footprint while supporting local enterprise and women's economic empowerment. By introducing these permanent, high-end wall mounted solutions in place of conventional single-use plastic toiletries, the initiative aims to eliminate plastic waste and encourage more responsible consumption throughout its hotel operations.

Currently progressing through a structured, gradual deployment across the network, with over 60% of the portfolio already successfully transitioned, the initiative spans all PC Hospitality brands, including Pearl-Continental Hotels & Resorts, PC Signature Collection, PC Legacy, PC Residences, and Hotel One. From luxury destinations to select-service properties, this seamless integration demonstrates that environmentally responsible practices can be adopted consistently without compromising guest comfort, hygiene, or quality.

Through this collaboration, PC Hospitality is incorporating Organiks Plus's locally manufactured personal care products into the guest experience, reducing reliance on disposable packaging while promoting efficient resource utilization. Beyond environmental sustainability, the collaboration carries a broader social purpose, supporting local communities, promoting indigenous products, and creating economic opportunities for women and youth.

Commenting on the initiative, Bastien Blanc, CEO of PC Hospitality, said:

"Sustainability is an integral part of how we envision the future of hospitality. Our collaboration with Organiks Plus allows us to take meaningful steps towards eliminating single-use plastics through our forever dispensers while supporting local manufacturing and women's economic empowerment. By extending this initiative across our portfolio, with over 60% already deployed, we are demonstrating that responsible business practices and exceptional guest experiences go hand in hand."

Commenting on the collaboration, Sumeira Hashwani, CEO of Organiks Plus, said:

“At Organiks Plus, we believe that empowering households and enriching communities go hand in hand with building a strong, competitive local economy. Our vision is to create opportunities for local producers and communities while developing high-quality products that meet international standards and compete confidently with global brands. This collaboration reflects our belief that locally manufactured products can deliver exceptional quality while creating meaningful economic opportunities and contributing to a more sustainable future.”

Arslan Ahmed, General Manager, Organiks Plus added:

"Our partnership with PSL is an exciting opportunity to bring Organiks Plus’s high-quality, eco-conscious products to a wider hospitality audience, aligning our commitment to quality and sustainability with PSL’s platform and reach. This collaboration will help strengthen our brand presence, expand market access, and demonstrate how sustainable product choices can create value for businesses and customers alike. We see this as a meaningful step towards building a stronger brand while scaling our social and environmental impact"

As sustainability becomes an increasingly critical consideration for modern travellers, PC Hospitality continues to embed eco-conscious operations into its daily standards. Beyond amenity transformation, the group's broader sustainability roadmap includes comprehensive energy efficiency and utilities management improvements across operating assets, advanced water conservation protocols through strategic partnerships like Everywater, and impactful community outreach programs. Through these layered, practical actions, PC Hospitality is building a more resource conscious and socially responsible hospitality ecosystem.
